Frank joined CPS from Silvergate Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he was President and Chief Executive Officer. Jeff is responsible for executive leadership overseeing all of CPS business unit operations, including pharmacy management solutions, consulting solutions, telepharmacy solutions as well as ambulatory and specialty pharmacy solutions. In addition to executive oversight of Therigy, Jeff is also the executive leader of CPS national resource groups in clinical, purchasing, materials management, and rehabilitation services. Jeff brings over 25 years of pharmacy industry experience to his role at CPS. His expertise includes pharmacy operations, pharmaceutical wholesale distribution, pharmaceutical supply chain, pharmaceutical sourcing, marketing, and business development. Prior to joining CPS, he was President of Smith Drug Company, a full-line mid-market pharmaceutical wholesaler/distributor. He has also held senior executive roles at Walmart, Medicine Shoppe International, Cardinal Health, and Walgreens.

Chuck brings nearly three decades of executive experience in health system sales, pharmacy services, pharmaceutical distribution and business development to his role. Prior to joining CPS, he was Senior Vice President of Distribution Services and President of Health Systems at AmerisourceBergen and its predecessor company, where he served for more than 25 years.
Ball most recently consulted and acted in an advisory role for numerous private equity companies. He serves on the board of directors for the Southeastern Pennsylvania chapter of the American Heart Association. He earned his MBA from The Pennsylvania State University Smeal College of Business and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine.

Karl is an experienced healthcare leader with more than 3 decades of experience in healthcare operations, technology and overall broad systems implementations. As Chief Information Officer, he oversees technology, infrastructure and systems at Comprehensive Pharmacy Services. Prior to joining CPS, Karl served Walmart Inc. for more than 30 years, including 9 years in progressive pharmacy operations positions and 22 years as a member of the Executive Leadership team in Walmart’s Technology Division. His technology experience includes broad global roles in pharmacy, health and wellness, store applications, logistics and transportation systems, IT operations, corporate systems and emerging technologies such as blockchain.
Karl has a passion for aggressively supporting healthcare operations with technology to differentiate capabilities in superior patient quality care while reducing overall healthcare costs. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences and his Master’s in Health Administration from Ohio University. He holds a Healthcare Security certificate Healthcare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP).
Chief Human Resources Officer
Tony is responsible for the direction of the human resources organization, training and development, the management of recruiting initiatives as well as leading the culture and overall employment experience. His primary focus is to drive the talent agenda to achieve organizational goals as an employer of choice in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining CPS, Tony served as Vice President of Human Resources for Quantum Health. He has also served as Director of Human Resources for Express, Inc. Store Operations division.
Tony holds his master’s degree in labor and human resources management from the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He earned his bachelors degree in psychology at Kenyon College.
President, Pharmacy Services
A seasoned senior leader with an established history in the healthcare industry, Michael is responsible for operations, strategy and organizational development covering the eastern U.S.
Michael most recently served CPS as President of Pharmacy Operations (legacy PSI Division) and Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy. Prior to joining CPS, Michael spent 20 years working various roles in the pharmaceutical distribution supply chain industry. He spent the latter part of his career in senior leadership positions managing health system solutions and professional services. Michael holds his Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and his Master of Business Administration through a joint EMBA program from Brown University and IE Business School.
Keith oversees all operational, sales and P&L responsibility for CPS’ SPARX division. He has over three decades of executive experience in retail, specialty, mail order, hospital pharmacy and pharmacy benefits management. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business, Executive Management Program for Leaders and earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Kansas.

Joe is responsible for the clinical services team as well as development of programs that ensure consistency and excellence of advanced pharmacy services. His role includes reducing and controlling drug costs, enhancing hospital-wide drug use and providing education to healthcare providers to enhance patient care.
Prior to joining CPS, he served as Regional Director of Clinical Services for Pharmacy Systems, Inc. as well as a Clinical Pharmacist. Joe holds a bachelors in chemistry from Miami University in Oxford, OH, a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy, and a master’s in business administration (Healthcare Concentration) from the University of Findlay. Joe is board-certified in pharmacotherapy and recognized at the state and national level for his work in transitions of care.
Chief Financial Officer
In his role as CFO, Ben will oversee all of CPS’ accounting, finance, treasury and cash management. He’ll also be responsible for the company’s planning and budgeting as well as its banking relationships. Prior to joining CPS, he most recently served as Chief Operating and Financial Officer for Avaap. He has also been Vice President Finance for Thermo Fisher Scientific Clinical Diagnostics Division, President of ReMedPar for Aramark and CFO for Masterplan.
Hansen holds his bachelor of science in accounting from Franklin University and his MBA from Vanderbilt University, Owen Graduate School of Management.

Mike is an experienced executive with proven performance in the hospital and healthcare industry. He serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for CPS and previously was President of the PSI Division.
Prior to joining CPS, Mike served as President of Pharmacy Systems, Inc. He was responsible for all aspects of company operations in all service lines. He led the startup and design of two additional healthcare services lines that are subsidiary companies of Pharmacy Systems, Inc. and are focused on healthcare supply chain and rehabilitation services. Michael earned his economics degree from Capital University and his M.B.A from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Eric is responsible for all supply chain operations. By leveraging technology, proprietary software, and a team of healthcare supply chain experts, he ensures clients have best-in-class materials management departments that exceed expectations. He brings a long history of leadership from the pharmaceutical industry as well as increasing roles of responsibilities at Pharmacy Systems Inc., where he served as senior regional vice president, senior director of client relations and regional director of operations.
Eric is committed to continually improving the CPS value proposition for our hospital partners. As healthcare evolves, hospitals need additional expertise in their supply chain, pharmacy and rehabilitation services. Eric’s team implements programs that enhance financial performance and help improve patient care. He holds his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University.
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Leanne Ebert Murphy is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for CPS, responsible for all legal matters for the company.
Leanne has more than 25 years of legal experience, and began her career at Sidley Austin LLC in Chicago, handling mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate law matters. She held senior level legal positions at Fortune 50 corporations including Walmart Inc. and Walgreen Co., where she managed and was responsible for strategic corporate transactions as well as other legal matters for those companies. She has also served on various service-oriented non-profit boards, and committees of professional legal associations.
Leanne is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, earned a certificate in International Studies from the McGeorge School of Law, where she studied in London, England, and obtained her bachelor of science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University.

In his role as president of CPS Telepharmacy, Paresh oversees ambulatory pharmacy management services, sales, marketing, consulting, virtual/digital clinical programs and other services to deliver complete pharmacy support to healthcare organizations.
He has also served as a healthcare consultant for Raydiyance Solutions, LLC, vice president of operations for divvyDOSE and senior director of health and wellness operations for Walmart. He earned his doctor of pharmacy from the University of Illinois at Chicago, his NA in pre-pharmacy from Illinois State University and holds certifications in Medication Therapy Management and Immunizations.
Chief Compliance Officer
Sherry Piotraschke is CPS’ Compliance Officer, serving as Division President of Compliance and Regulatory Services. She leads a team of regulatory, quality, and medication safety specialists. She brings extensive experience with her, serving in National Appointments including The Joint Commission’s Professional and Technical Advisory Council; Editorial Advisory Board for the “Perspectives on Patient Safety” publication; and was a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists’ Council of Professional Affairs as Vice Chair and Chair.
Before joining CPS, Sherry was the Vice President of Compliance and Risk Management for McKesson Medication Management where she was responsible for regulatory and legislative research and analysis, review and guidance of pharmacy practice quality and safety initiatives, as well as a Compliance Officer role. Her leadership experience spans 16 years with Mayo Clinic Hospitals in Minnesota and Florida.
Sherry is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin’s School of Pharmacy and received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
Chief Marketing Officer
Rod Recor drives all marketing, communications and brand initiatives across the enterprise in order to align with the corporate growth strategy. He also leads product development functions in order to align capabilities and brand with the marketplace. With over 20 years of healthcare industry experience, Rod has designed, developed and led many successful new product and service initiatives. He has extensive background in managed care, including as SVP for ValueOptions and director of product development with CIGNA where he developed the first-of-its-kind health-coaching program along with several other consumer-facing health management solutions. As a director within United Health Group’s eSolutions, he was responsible for leading a variety of B2B technology initiatives, driving sales efficiency and new product development opportunities.

Lars is responsible for strategic and operational oversight over the physical rehabilitation services division, providing hospital-based physical, occupational and speech therapy management. He has also served as president and regional vice president of pharmacy operations for Pharmacy Systems, Inc. president and operating officer of a privately-held corporation specializing in multiple ancillary service lines and progressive positions of clinical and professional responsibility in hospital operations.
Lars brings more than two decades of experience to his role. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, magna cum laude, from Baker College.
Chief Customer Officer
Walker Upshaw is Chief Customer Officer for CPS, responsible for client relations, retention and continually enhancing CPS’ value to its clients across all business segments. He also oversees the organization’s executive account management team, which is responsible for strengthening CPS’ strategic customer partnerships.
Walker has over 25 years of industry experience, working with companies including Lifesigns, Inc. as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Johnson & Johnson and Allergan in sales leadership and training positions.
Walker is a graduate of the University of Alabama and earned his MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
