Keeping Promises

CPS participated in a 5-company RFP, and became the vendor of choice after revealing its personalized and patient focused approach to pharmacy support services.  At any point, I have the ability to contact the CEO of the second largest pharmacy management company in the U.S.  Quality and patient safety have been their primary focus.  Our transition from a 7-year outsource agreement was performed with the end in mind, and patient care was not affected.  The drug and therapeutics committee meetings now have purpose, and SHS and CPS are aligned with an agreement that mixes quality patient care with cost savings opportunities.  Making a pharmacy transition was not an easy undertaking, but CPS certainly kept promises made in their original RFP (both in cost and quality).  I do highly recommend this company!
